Playstation 3 online...how?? what?? etc?

I won a playstation 3 which is great and Ive really enjoyed playing it but everyone elso I know with one says I should get online with it. I have connected it to my wireless network but I dont know how much it costs to play games online or to what extent I can interact with these games online with other people.


so basically, what does it cost and is it worth it ?? (I live in the UK)


I have only got 2 games, 'Oblivion elder scrolls' and 'resistance fall of man. How to these work online ??.

Sell it and get an xbox360 instead....

Reply:Easy all you have to go is 1. go to the online section in the begining of the menu and it will say "sign up for plastation network(the online service is free by the way!!!:-) ) 2.you got to fillo out things and all 3. after you finish it you can have access to the playstation store and internet4. on resistance you go in to the game and the go to multi player, online multiplayer and then you can change your clothes and the you can play with over 40 people at the most (recomedation: go to custom games so you dont have to wait. hope this helps!

Reply:I have the same game and can honestly say that Resistance: Fall of Man is amazing online and unfortunately, Oblivion dosn't have network features.......Online play is free and you should set it up immediately. it's very simple.
